Originally from New Jersey, Nichole's passion for design and visual conception was inspired by her late grandfather, a carpenter who taught her that every space tells a story. At 14, she discovered her calling: organizing and designing to help others reach their inner potential.
With a BS in Interior Design from The Art Institute of Philadelphia and over a decade of professional experience spanning design, sales operations, and strategic leadership, Nichole brings a unique blend of creative vision and operational precision to everything she touches.
IWP was born from a belief that intentionality should extend beyond your home - into your career, your celebrations, and every moment that matters.
